Delivery method and shipping cost:

We cooperate with international mainstream express companies and use air transportation. 5-7 working days to Asia and Oceania, 5-10 working days to America, and 10-15 working days to Europe and other regions.

Return and Refund Policy:

For the safety of our employees and customers, all items in our online store are sold as non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless defective. Please place your order with caution.
We do not accept any exchanges or returns in the following cases:

I bought the wrong product; I didn’t like the taste of what I bought; I bought more than I needed; I no longer needed it.
