Is shipping free?

Why is my order shipped in different packages?

For orders with multiple items, items may be shipped separately from different international warehouses to ensure the fastest delivery. Also, if an item is out of stock or very popular, we may ship your items via multiple shipping methods (DHL, UPS, FedEx or postal service) at different times to avoid delays and get your order to you as quickly as possible.

When will I receive my order?

While shipping issues are beyond our control, insured packages are eligible for replacement shipments, with faster shipping and full tracking whenever possible. Do I need to pay duties and taxes?

The prices shown on our website are in Euros and exclude taxes. However, once your order reaches its destination, you may be required to pay import duties, taxes and associated charges.
