  • Products must be in their original packaging and unused (hygiene or health products cannot be returned if they have been opened, this applies specifically to used e-liquids or disposable products).
  • Once you've submitted your return request, you must send the item back to our specified returns address within 14 days.

3. Return Fees

  • If the product has quality problems or the wrong product is sent, the return costs will be borne by us.
  • If you cancel the order for personal reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned merchandise and verifying its condition.
  • The refund amount will be refunded to your original payment method, less any costs incurred due to product depreciation (such as product damage).

5. Non-returnable items

According to EU regulations, the following products are not returnable:

  • Opened e-liquids or e-juices (for hygiene or health protection reasons).
  • Customized products or products made to your individual requirements.
